ZIA Tower - CAIRO - EGYPT (CBD)

In the development of a new capital city, mixed-use architecture plays a crucial role in promoting sustainability and creating an inclusive urban environment. With BIM implementation, the design process can be enhanced to ensure efficient collaboration and better cost control. Through passive design principles, our aim is to create an environmentally conscious community, where buildings work with nature to reduce energy use and improve air quality. The architecture addresses human needs by creating accessible spaces that promote social interaction, health and wellbeing. Our vision for the new capital city is a place that intertwines different functions, including residential, commercial, and recreational spaces, to create a vibrant and dynamic urban experience. With mixed-use architecture and BIM implementation, the city becomes a livable and sustainable place that fosters economic, social, and environmental progress.
