The architecture concept statement for this project specifies that shop drawings will be utilized to achieve full LOD400 MEP services. The implementation of this technique is pivotal to ensuring that all MEP systems are fully coordinated, which will reduce errors or delays during construction. By employing a proactive approach to design, we can hone in on potential conflicts and promptly address them. Shop drawings will be created in detail for each MEP system, ensuring that every component is accurately represented. We believe that through the integration of full LOD400 MEP services in our design phase, we can facilitate a smoother construction process, minimize rework, and ultimately create a more efficient built environment.
