RED HOTEL - NORTH COAST ALAMIEN - EGYPT

An architecture concept statement has been developed incorporating BMS, architecture, MEP BIM, VR, and AR applications. BIM models are used to create digital replications of buildings and their systems, including MEP BIM. This model incorporates all building systems, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing, and helps architects and engineers to create coordinated designs. BMS is a vital aspect of building design, as it allows for centralized control of building systems to provide comfort, energy efficiency, and safety. The addition of VR and AR applications enhances the design and collaboration process, offering immersive experiences that allow client and designers to envision and interact with spatial concepts. This concept enhances the interoperability of all building systems and elevates the quality of building design through efficient coordination, streamlined communication, and immersive representation.
