In the architectural design process, a full MEP design review is necessary to ensure efficiency and functionality in building systems. This review should involve BIM management to allow for accurate and timely coordination among all parties involved. In the UAE, where complex infrastructure and sustainability concerns are prevalent, passive design strategies should be considered to reduce energy consumption and minimize environmental impact. Our architecture concept focuses on the integration of full MEP design review and BIM management, facilitating effective communication and streamlined construction processes.
