DATA CENTRE - RIYADH - KSA

The concept of this architecture design is to create a state-of-the-art data centre with full MEP design and BIM implementation. The design prioritizes passive techniques to reduce energy consumption and promote eco-friendliness. The data centre's infrastructure, such as the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning system, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection, will be fully integrated into the building design. By utilizing BIM, the design team can optimize building performance, reduce the building's carbon footprint, and improve occupant comfort. The project's focus is to create a sustainable, energy-efficient, and futuristic data centre that will remain operational for many years to come.
