The concept of this architectural design is centered on the utilization of BIM masonry modeling technology to streamline the construction process. By employing detailed bim shop drawings and analyzing structure load plans through advanced software, we aim to create efficient and accurate construction plans. Using the passive voice, the focus is shifted from the architect to the technology that is driving the process. This approach empowers our team to identify any potential discrepancies before construction begins and revise plans accordingly. This ensures that our final deliverables are of the highest quality, expediting the construction process, and maximizing resources. Together, these tools create a synergy that enables us to achieve cost-effective, sustainable and safe structures for our clients.
